Series 9: Oversized Materials, 1794-1982

Materials in this series are items that were too large to include in traditional record cartons. Represented materials include newspapers, magazines, maps, and a photograph. The newspaper pages all have to do with Mississippi and Panola County history. There are also reprints of Civil War era newspapers, including one printed on wallpaper. The inclusive dates for this series are 1794-April 8, 1982 and the bulk dates are 1960-1969.It is organized by document type and then in ascending chronological order.
