The processing of this collection was finished in January 2023 by Erin Cain, a graduate student working in the Special Collections Manuscripts Department.

The sheet music in this collection is organized in ascending chronological order, then alphabetically by the composer's last name. When there were multiple pieces by the same composer they were organized alphabetically by song title.
