Processing Information
Duplicate publications were disposed of. Original containers and binders were disposed of. Newspaper clippings were copied and disposed of. 0.5 cubic feet.
Processing record
The first records were received in 1972 and further accessions in 1973, 1974 and 1978. MSB completed initial processing of the collection, August 29, 1973. Ashley Hatten processed Inactive Member records in 2005. Laura Vaughn accessioned the 2002-8 and 2005-5 accessions, December 2006. Donisha Smiley completed reprocessing the collection, including 2012-10 accession, in February 2013. Gerald Chaudron did some container consolidation, removal of acidic housing, separation of photographs, and constructed the finding aid, February 2013.
