Scope and Contents

This collection consists of the papers of Ming Henry Moore and his wife Lessie H. Moore from 1944-1967.

The papers including bank statements and canceled checks of both Moore and his wife in the 1960s, account log books from the cotton gin/store businness beginning in 1944 and going through the early 1960s, and varies pamphlets and warranties.

This collection is arranged in two parts. The first is banking records arranged in ascending chronological order starting with 1955 and going to 1967. The accounting records log books are then arranged in ascending chronological order starting at 1944 and going through 1965.
