The collection includes: member and non-member correspondence, list of members, addresses and contact information of members, a financial report from 1963, multiple scans of newspaper clippings undated of group meetings and activites includings a community children's art show, three ribbons from a children's art show, a thank you note for the organization of the art group, a report from the evaluation committee in April 1965, and a questionnaire pertaining to the future and focus of the group going forward from October 1965.
