The series contents include materials related to various board meetings held by the organization. This includes meeting agendas, minutes, and treasury reports. Also included is an organizational history, bylaws, search committee documents, grant information, and policies & procedures as well as other miscellaneous documents. The series is arranged chronologically in ascending order.
