Correspondence, minutes, reports, clippings, scrapbooks, photographs, financial records, oral history transcripts and questionnaires, records of committee activities, publications, and other records of the Mississippi Forestry Association. Among the major subjects are forestry education, legislation, and taxation; forest fires; replanting of forests; ethics; 16th section school lands; soil conservation; and leading figures in the Mississippi forestry industry. Also included are timber and salvage projects following hurricanes Camille and Frederic.
